Age Is No Barrier
This is a general misconception that most of the people have, that people can not achieve a fit body at higher age. We at WTF have taken an oath to change this perception and we have proved repeatedly that age has got nothing to do with fitness ,the muscles in your body respond to workouts may be you are 15 or 50,its just a matter of more efforts and time that we need to dedicate to your own body.
